How do I assist an NDIS participant to sign up with Dineamic?Updated 2 years ago

Whether you're a support coordinator, plan manager, or a carer wanting to get someone signed up with Dineamic, we'll do our best to take care of the admin and make it as seamless as possible.

There can be a lot of paperwork and back and forth involved with signing up for NDIS subsidised meals, so we'll need a little help from you to make it a smooth process.

Firstly, you'll need a quote to get started. Get in touch with us at [email protected] and we can let you know exactly what we need - such as how many meals you need. We'll also require some private information for the participant to ensure the NDIA can confirm who they have on file.

Once the quote has been approved, we can send a service agreement your way. This is done via the marvels of technology - so all you need to do is provide a digital signature and we'll get the rest sorted. Confused as to how this works? Don't be - we'll help you with that!

Once that's done, we'll send you some info on how to order, and you're good to go!
