Do you cater for people who are gluten intolerant or coeliacs?Updated 3 years ago
As all of our meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen that also prepares meals that contain gluten, we cannot guarantee that traces of gluten are not present.
Our chefs take rigorous precautions to ensure there is no cross contamination including scheduling of allergen versus non-allergen containing products, staff training, internal cleaning verification systems, and cleaning and sanitation programs.
Under the advice of Coeliac Australia, although all precaution is being taken to avoid cross contamination there is a possibility that gluten may still be present (hence the updated declaration!) so it is best to avoid products that carry these statements.
