Who supplies your raw ingredients?

Our food ethos is to use ingredients as close to the natural source as possible.

Are your meals suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

We cater to lots of different dietary types, and our vegetarian and vegan customers are no exception!

Do you use any preservatives in your food?

We don’t add preservatives to our meals. We maintain shelf life and freshness by vacuum packaging, which removes oxygen from the air surrounding the food to delay degradation.

Can I freeze my fresh meals?

Yes! If you're planning on freezing your meals, we recommend doing it as soon as your delivery arrives - that way you lock in the most amount of freshness.

Can you help me find meals that are low in salt?

Do you cater for people who are gluten intolerant or coeliacs?

As all of our meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen that also prepares meals that contain gluten, we cannot guarantee that traces of gluten are not present.

Can I make changes to a specific meal?

No as we create meals in large quantities we aren't able to modify any dishes to suit individuals.

How often do you change your menu?

We make changes to the menu regularly, and remove and add new meals based on current trends and customer feedback.

How are your meals packaged?

Our meals are packed in sugar cane trays and vacuum sealed, which removes oxygen to maintain freshness. We seal our pouches while they're still hot to keep everything fresh and safe. Our HeyDay range of desserts and soups are packed using Modified At

Can one person eat a Mains for Two pouch?

You can — though you'll likely be very full! Alternatively, portion half to heat now and store the other half in a clean air-tight container in the fridge immediately after opening. We recommend consuming opened pouches within two days. Many of our M
