Our Food

Do you cater for allergies, food intolerances and dietary preferences?

We definitely do! You can use the filter key in our online store to see only the meals that cater to your food requirements.

Do I have to cook or prepare the food?

Nope! If you order a meal for one, you've got everything you need - just pop it in the microwave and off you go. If you grab one of our mains, you can pair it with some of our sides of your choosing.

Who supplies your raw ingredients?

Our food ethos is to use ingredients as close to the natural source as possible.

What is the process for how your meals are cooked and transferred into your packaging?

Our meals for one are cooled, stored in fridges and then transferred delicately into each individual HaloPack eco pack.

Is your food kosher?

Unfortunately, our meals are not kosher certified.

Are your meals suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

We cater to lots of different dietary types, and our vegetarian and vegan customers are no exception!

Do you use any preservatives in your food?

We don’t add preservatives to our meals. We maintain shelf life and freshness by vacuum packaging, which removes oxygen from the air surrounding the food to delay degradation.

Can I freeze my fresh meals?

Yes! If you're planning on freezing your meals, we recommend doing it as soon as your delivery arrives - that way you lock in the most amount of freshness.

Do I have to follow a meal plan?

Not at all. Our meal plans are there as an option for people who want to be guided through their meals.

Can one person eat a pouch meal that serves two?

Yes, if you're super hungry you can (though we think you'll be really full afterwards) or you can portion half to heat and keep the remaining half for another meal.

Where can I find the ingredients and nutritional information for my meal?

The ingredients and nutritional information can be found on the relevant product page on our website.

Does your food come frozen?

Nope - our food arrives to you freshly prepared by the kitchen. Your delivery will be sent to your door in a refrigerated truck, so it doesn't need to be frozen, it'll be ready for you to heat up as soon as you're ready.

Is your food halal certified?

Unfortunately not - our processes don't follow halal guidelines.

Can I make changes to meal plans?

Yes - depending on the plan you're following, you can swap and remove meals as you need, or even add them.

Do you have low carb options?

Our meals are built around the Australian Dietary Guidelines so are nutritionally balanced, with many of them lower in carbohydrates.

Will I lose weight eating Dineamic?

When combined with a healthy lifestyle our meals can assist with weight loss and reaching your health goals.

Do you offer nutritional advice?

We have a team of nutritionists that can advise you on how to use Dineamic to complement healthy eating, no matter your situation.

Are your meals suitable for people on a low FODMAP diet?

We're proud to cater for a range of dietary requirements, and we have a range of delicious low FODMAP meals for you to choose from.

Are your meals suitable for people with nut allergies?

We have a small number of products that contain nuts.

How do I heat my meals?

Our meals can be heated in the microwave or stove top. If you choose to freeze and heat and eat your meals later, we advise to reheat from frozen instead of defrosting or thawing your meal out first.

Do you do Breakfasts?

Yes, we have a new and exciting breakfast menu!

Can I eat Dineamic while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Absolutely! When it comes to food while pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend eating a variety of nutritious foods.

Do you cater for people who are gluten intolerant or coeliacs?

As all of our meals are prepared in a commercial kitchen that also prepares meals that contain gluten, we cannot guarantee that traces of gluten are not present.

Why have you updated your allergen advice?

We have made the decision to introduce 'may contain' statements and therefore remove the ‘free-from’ claim. However, we will still be continuing our testing regime to ensure we are doing everything in our power to minimise cross contamination.

Can you help me find meals that are low in salt?

How often do you change your menu?

We make changes to the menu regularly, and remove and add new meals based on current trends and customer feedback.

How long will my meals last?

When you receive your meals for one they will have at least 7 days* before their use by date, giving you time to eat them.

Which meals do you recommend for people with Diabetes?

At Dineamic there’s a wide range of our Ready Meals and Mains for Two that contain ingredients that are both low GI/high fibre carbohydrates sources and low in saturated fats - just what the doctor ordered!

Does your food contain palm oil?

No. Our Dineamic Ready Meals, Soups, Dineamic+ Pouches, or other products do not contain palm oil. We are against deforestation and indiscriminate forest clearing for monoculture oil palm crops. We love and only cook with extra virgin olive oil (EVOO
