How do I create an account?

You can create an account at checkout when placing your first order, or visit dineamic.com.au and click 'Sign Up' to register before ordering. Having an account lets you track orders, view order history, reorder past meals and manage your subscriptio

I've forgotten my password — how do I reset it?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a reset link.

How do I update my delivery address?

Log into your account, go to Account Settings and update your delivery address. If you need to change the address on an existing order, please contact us at [email protected] before your order payment is processed.

How do I update my payment details?

Log into your account and go to Payment Methods under My Details to update your card or other payment details.

How do I view my order history?

Log into your account and navigate to Order History to see all your past orders, reorder favourites, or find nutritional info for meals you've tried.

I'm having trouble with the website — what should I do?
