Can I request a specific delivery time?Updated 2 years ago

Whilst we're not able to accommodate specific requests for delivery times, we can offer timeframes and days for you to choose from when placing your order. 

Please ensure you select a delivery day and window when you’ll be able to collect your order within a few hours of it being delivered. 

If you’re not home to collect your order, it will be left at your front door if it is safe to do so. When you place your order, we recommend providing clear delivery instructions to help the delivery drivers. We also recommend leaving out a cooler bag or esky that is large enough for our Dineamic delivery box to fit inside - dimensions are 37 x 29 x 26cm.

If your overnight delivery has failed because the driver is unable to locate your address, it's unsafe to leave the delivery, or similar, your delivery will be re-attempted in the next available daytime delivery to ensure success.

If the delivery has been made to the right address within the designated delivery window, Dineamic will unfortunately not be able to accept responsibility for any lost or stolen products.
