Can I collect my order?

No we don't offer click and collect for online orders

What time can I expect my order to arrive?

Our delivery partners will send you a text message the night before the delivery with a link to track your order, which contains an ETA.

Can I change my delivery day?

If you've already placed your order with us, it's best to send us an email or give us a call to see what options are available to you.

How can I add delivery instructions to my order?

When placing an order, you'll see the option to place any notes for the driver to follow.

Can your driver call me before delivery?

Our delivery drivers generally won't call before delivery - we will send you a text when it's nearby and once it's been delivered though.

How is the food delivered?

Our meals are delivered chilled, via refrigerated transport.

How long can the food be kept outside for?

We transport your food under refrigerated conditions to ensure it arrives fresh. Your order is also packed with a cooling gel pack in an insulated cardboard box to ensure your food remains at a safe temperature.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Whilst we're not able to accommodate specific requests for delivery times, we can offer timeframes and days for you to choose from when placing your order.

Do you deliver to high rises and apartments blocks?

Please ensure you leave thorough instructions in your order notes as to what's required from us - e.g buzzer codes, access, etc. Generally speaking, our drivers will let you know they've arrived so you can retrieve your order from the front door of t

What can I do if I won't be home for the delivery date?

If you're not home to collect your order, it will be left at your front door if it is safe to do so. When you place your order, we recommend providing clear delivery instructions to help the delivery drivers.

How can I find out if you deliver to my area?

On our website, you'll see a purple bar where you can enter your postcode. We deliver to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Hobart.

How much is shipping?

Delivery is free when you spend $115 or more.

How do I dispose of the delivery and meal packaging?

Recycle the delivery box in your normal recycling bin, and drain the gel packs and dispose of however you normally dispose of soft plastics.
