No we don't offer click and collect for online orders
What time can I expect my order to arrive?
Our delivery partners will send you a text message the night before the delivery with a link to track your order, which contains an ETA.
Can I change my delivery day?
If you've already placed your order with us, it's best to send us an email or give us a call to see what options are available to you.
How can I add delivery instructions to my order?
When placing an order, you'll see the option to place any notes for the driver to follow.
Can your driver call me before delivery?
Our delivery drivers generally won't call before delivery - we will send you a text when it's nearby and once it's been delivered though.
How is the food delivered?
Our meals are delivered chilled, via refrigerated transport.
How long can my delivery stay outside safely?
We transport your food under refrigerated conditions to ensure it arrives fresh. Your order is also packed with a cooling gel pack in an insulated cardboard box to ensure your food remains at a safe temperature.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Whilst we're not able to accommodate specific requests for delivery times, we can offer timeframes and days for you to choose from when placing your order.
Do you deliver to high-rises and apartments blocks?
For the convenience and safety of both our drivers and customers, we kindly ask that drivers are not required to enter customers' premises or go up to specific apartment levels. Instead, we encourage customers to meet the driver downstairs to retriev
What can I do if I won't be home for the delivery date?
If you're not home to collect your order, it will be left at your front door if it is safe to do so. When you place your order, we recommend providing clear delivery instructions to help the delivery drivers.
How can I find out if you deliver to my area?
On our website, you'll see a purple bar where you can enter your postcode. We deliver to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Hobart.
How much is shipping?
Delivery fees are a flat rate of $15. All order will need to be over $49 for both Dineamic and HeyDay.
Do I need to be home for delivery?

If your order was delivered to the wrong address, please let us know, providing images of the correct address if possible. We will flag the issue with the driver to ensure future deliveries are made correctly. Repeat incidents will be addressed serio
How are delivery issues with the driver handled?
We take delivery issues seriously and appreciate any feedback regarding our delivery service. If a driver fails to properly execute delivery instructions or repeatedly makes errors, they will be penalized accordingly, and the matter will be addressed
