Our delivery partners will send you a text message the night before the delivery with a link to track your order, which contains an ETA.
If you've already placed your order with us, it's best to send us an email or give us a call to see what options are available to you.
When placing an order, you'll see the option to place any notes for the driver to follow.
Our delivery drivers generally won't call before delivery - we will send you a text when it's nearby and once it's been delivered though.
Our meals are delivered chilled, via refrigerated transport.
We transport your food under refrigerated conditions to ensure it arrives fresh. Your order is also packed with a cooling gel pack in an insulated cardboard box to ensure your food remains at a safe temperature.
Whilst we're not able to accommodate specific requests for delivery times, we can offer timeframes and days for you to choose from when placing your order.
For the convenience and safety of both our drivers and customers, we kindly ask that drivers are not required to enter customers' premises or go up to specific apartment levels. Instead, we encourage customers to meet the driver downstairs to retriev
If you're not home to collect your order, it will be left at your front door if it is safe to do so. When you place your order, we recommend providing clear delivery instructions to help the delivery drivers.
On our website, you'll see a purple bar where you can enter your postcode. We deliver to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Hobart.
Our shipping fee is a flat rate of $15 for refrigerated delivery, ensuring your meals arrive fresh and safely chilled.
Recycle the delivery box in your normal recycling bin, and drain the gel packs and dispose of however you normally dispose of soft plastics.
