No — you don't need to be home. You'll receive a text notification as soon as your order is delivered. We recommend leaving specific delivery instructions at the checkout for a shaded, cool spot.

Daytime deliveries: boxes can be left outside for approximately 4–6 hours out of direct sunlight, and less in warmer climates (≥30°C). 

Overnight deliveries: boxes can be left outside for approximately 7–9 hours under cooler climates, and less in warmer climates (≥30°C).
