If a driver fails to properly execute delivery instructions or repeatedly makes errors, they will be penalized accordingly, and the matter will be addressed with both the driver&apos;s contractor and our distribution center team to ensure it doesn&apos;t happen again. We may also provide additional instructions or reference materials to the driver to improve future delivery accuracy.</p>
