We transport your food under refrigerated conditions to help ensure it arrives fresh and safe to eat. Each order is packed in an insulated cardboard box with cooling gel packs to maintain a safe temperature during transit.

Where possible, our drivers will leave your order in a safe, shaded location away from direct sunlight.

Our insulated liners and gel packs are designed to keep your meals at a safe temperature for several hours after delivery.

We recommend bringing your order inside and placing it in the refrigerator as soon as possible after delivery. If you’re not going to be home, you can add specific delivery instructions at checkout to ensure your order is left in a cool, shaded spot.

Daytime deliveries: boxes can be left outside for approximately 4–6 hours out of direct sunlight, and less in warmer climates (≥30°C). 

Overnight deliveries: boxes can be left outside for approximately 7–9 hours under cooler climates, and less in warmer climates (≥30°C).
