Yes, if you're super hungry you can (though we think you'll be really full afterwards) or you can portion half to heat and keep the remaining half for another meal.

We advise you consume the meals within two days of the pouch being opened though. 

Our Mains are designed to go along with your choice of sides. Many of our pouch meals for two are also available as Meals for One if you would like to just heat up what you need for one person.
