Do you have low carb options?Updated 2 years ago

Our meals are built around the Australian Dietary Guidelines so are nutritionally balanced, with many of them lower in carbohydrates.

Depending on your needs and dietary criteria, low carbohydrate can be defined as 50 - 70 grams per day. We recommend our Mains for Two, as they allow for you to add your side of choice. You can find more info about the low carb diet here. 

The following meals and soups are low in carbs (less than 22g per serve):
