Most of our meals arrive freshly prepared and delivered chilled. Our HeyDay range of meals, soups and desserts are delivered frozen, making it perfect for longer storage. They’re ready to heat and enjoy whenever it suits you.

If you won’t get through your chilled meals before the use?by date, you can safely freeze them. We recommend freezing as soon as your delivery arrives. When reheating, simply heat straight from frozen — there’s no need to defrost first. Allow approximately 6–7 minutes in the microwave.
