Do I have to cook or prepare the food?
No preparation needed. If you order a Meal for One, simply pop it in the microwave and enjoy — no prep required. Our Meals for Two (pouch meals) are best served with a side of your choice, like pasta, rice or extra vegetables. Our team is always happ
Does your food come frozen?
Most of our meals arrive freshly prepared and delivered chilled. Our HeyDay range of meals, soups and desserts are delivered frozen, making it perfect for longer storage. They’re ready to heat and enjoy whenever it suits you. If you won’t get through
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, there is a minimum order value of $49. You can find the minimum order value displayed in your cart before checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as AfterPay, ZipPay and PayPal. You can save your preferred payment method to your account for faster checkout next time.

Currently, Dineamic doesn't have a dedicated app — ordering is done through our website at dineamic.com.au, which is fully optimised for mobile. You can save the site to your phone's home screen for quick access.
