<p>The gel ice pack in your delivery box keeps your meals at a safe temperature during transit. It&apos;s non-toxic and can be refrozen and reused, or disposed of by cutting open the bag and washing the gel down the sink with plenty of water. The outer plastic bag goes in general waste.</p>

Whilst we transport your food under refrigerated conditions to ensure it arrives fresh, our cooling gel packs are packed at the top of the delivery carton to ensure your food remains at a safe temperature.
