What do I do if I'm missing items in my order?

If your order arrives missing any items, make sure you compare your order confirmation with what you've received, as well as checking the carton thoroughly to ensure it's empty of all contents.

Can I reorder what I had last time?

Easy! Firstly, make sure you've got an account on our website, where you can view your previous orders.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order 5 business days prior to the selected date of delivery by contacting our team directly.

Can I place an order with you over the phone?

You absolutely can - our team are more than happy to assist.

What's the deal with the cooling gel pack?

Whilst we transport your food under refrigerated conditions to ensure it arrives fresh, our cooling gel packs are packed at the top of the delivery carton to ensure your food remains at a safe temperature.

What happens if a meal goes out of stock after I've ordered it?

If we're unable to fulfill an item in your order will be notified by email as soon as is practical, and will be provided with a refund.

How do I know if my order is correct?

Please make sure to check your order confirmation email. If you don't receive one, let us know as soon as possible.
