What happens if a meal goes out of stock after I've ordered it?Updated 8 months ago
The packing team will do their best to try to fulfill all listed meals in an order, but sometimes the stock is not available due to multiple reasons. If a particular meal is unable to be included in your order, we will notify you by email as soon as is practical and and will provide a refund for that meal.
As the orders are all packed by humans, there may be an error from time to time. If you're missing a meal and haven't received an email, or you've received an unexpected substitution, please let us know right away by contacting [email protected].
