What happens if a meal goes out of stock after I've ordered it?Updated 2 years ago

If we're unable to fulfill an item in your order you will be notified by email as soon as is practical, and will be provided with a refund.

The packing team will do their best to try to fulfill all listed meals in an order, but sometimes the stock is not available due to multiple reasons. If a particular meal is unable to be included in your order, we will notify you by email and provide a refund for that meal.

As the orders are all packed by humans, there may be an error from time to time. If you're missing a meal and haven't received an email, or you've received an unexpected substitution, please let us know right away by contacting [email protected].
