What do I do if I'm missing items in my order?Updated 9 months ago

If your order arrives missing any items, make sure you compare your order confirmation with what you've received, as well as checking the carton thoroughly to ensure it's empty of all contents.

We also recommend checking that there aren't any other boxes - sometimes, depending on how much you've ordered, you'll find your box has been marked "1 of 2", so it's worth checking if this is the case.

We may have not been able to provide an item on your order due to a shortage. If this happens, then we will not be able to provide you with that product. In this case, we will refund the missing product to you. ( Please note bundle items will be substituted instead of refunding).

If there are missing items from your delivery, you must contact us on (03) 8669 0587 9am to 5pm (AEST/AEDT) or [email protected] within 24 hours of the delivery time and we will take steps to verify and confirm any such missing items.  

Once we are reasonably satisfied that the item was not delivered to you, then we will provide you with a credit for the products that were charged but not delivered to you.
