The quality of our meals is very important to us at Dineamic, so we're sorry if our meals haven't met the standards that you (and we) expect.
We offer satisfaction for our online orders, so if you're not happy with a meal, please contact us at [email protected]
Satisfaction:
- Applies to Dineamic products only
- Must be used in genuine cases of dissatisfaction
- May require additional information (such as photos and etc)
- Is offered in good faith and subject to our right to refuse requests if we suspect abuse
You'll need to contact us within 5 days of your delivery to request a credit.
If the food has arrived damaged or faulty, or you're concerned about any other element of the meal, please let us know as soon as you can. Images or a description of the issue may be required so we can investigate and promptly resolve the issue for you.
