The quality of our meals is very important to us at Dineamic, so we're sorry if our meals haven't met the standards that you (and we) expect.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our online orders, so if you're not happy with a meal, please reach and out and let us know. We'd be more than happy to offer a credit toward your next Dineamic order. Please note our 100% satisfaction guarantee is offered in good faith, so we ask that it’s only used in genuine cases where you have been unsatisfied with our products. You'll need to contact us within 10 days of your delivery to request a credit.

If the food has arrived damaged or faulty, or you're concerned about any other element of the meal, please let us know as soon as you can. Images or a description of the issue may be required so we can investigate and promptly resolve the issue for you.
