What should I do if I'm having an issue with your website?

We understand websites don't always run as well as possible - so if you have any suggestions for improvements, we're all ears.

One of my favourites is out of stock?

We cook our meals fresh, so from time to time we may have shortages based on the unavailability of raw produce, or other factors. You'll notice we've listed these meals as "cooking again soon".

The answer to my question isn't listed here!

No problem - there's nothing we can't handle!

What if I'm not satisfied with my meal?

The quality of our meals is very important to us at Dineamic, so we're sorry if our meals haven't met the standards that you (and we) expect.

Can I purchase your products as a gift for someone, or send a gift voucher?

Firstly, what a great friend you are! The best option would be to purchase one of our gift vouchers, as this allows the person to peruse our meals and choose what suits them best.

Where can I find the Dineamic store?

We have two Dineamic Foodstores, conveniently located in South Yarra and Prahran.

Does Dineamic offer catering services?

Dineamic no longer offer catering or events services.

Where is your kitchen located?

Our kitchen is located in Keysborough, in South East Melbourne, Victoria.

Are there any changes to the business due to COVID-19?

It's business as usual at Dineamic - we're cooking fresh meals and delivering orders as normal. We're keeping a close eye on government advice around the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and following relevant health orders.
