Each meal has a use-by date printed on the packaging. For chilled products, we recommend:. - Refrigerate chilled on arrival and consume by the use-by date. - Freeze chilled meals before the use-by date if you won't get through your meals in time. - O
Can I eat a meal if the seal is broken or the packaging is damaged?
No — please do not consume a meal if the seal is broken or the packaging is visibly damaged on arrival. A broken seal means the meal may no longer be safe to eat. Take photos of the meal and film and contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours
How should I store my meals when they arrive?
Pop your chilled meals straight into the fridge when your delivery arrives — ideally within 4-6 hours for daytime deliveries or within 7-9 hours for overnight deliveries. If you plan to freeze any chilled meals, do this as soon as possible after deli
