How do I determine my eligibility for subsidised meals?
To be eligible for home-delivered meals, your NDIS plan needs to include 'Daily Activities' in your Core Supports, or have a stated line item for 'Assistance with the cost of the preparation and delivery of meals 01_023_0120_1_1'
What happens when my plan needs to be renewed?
If you're an existing customer with us, you'll need to go through the process of getting a quote and approval from your plan manager and the NDIS. Once this is done, we'll be able to continue ordering meals with Dineamic.
How do I order if I'm a self-managed participant?
Due to the requirements of the NDIS, we'll still need to go through the process of obtaining a Service Agreement before we can accept an order.
What do I have to pay with my NDIS subsidised meals?
The NDIS will subsidise 75% of the total meal cost - so you'll only need to pay 25% of the total amount.
How do I assist an NDIS participant to sign up with Dineamic?
Whether you're a support coordinator, plan manager, or a carer wanting to get someone signed up with Dineamic, we'll do our best to take care of the admin and make it as seamless as possible.

How do I order as a plan-managed NDIS participant?
To get started, please complete the application here on our website to register as a Plan-Managed NDIS participant and submit a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Once we receive approval from your provider, your account will be set up and ready to order
